0.7-7 inch/4-15 inch automatic easy tear sticker attachment machine
The main function of the automatic easy tear adhesive tape attaching machine is to automatically attach the pre-tear adhesive tape to the designated position of the product after FPL electronic paper bonding. Belt up and down material, can be connected with the assembly line or the downstream equipment.
Working steps:
Product belt automatic feeding + product transfer to the positioning platform + pretear tape reel loading + tear film head suction pretear tape + pretear tape + pretear tape under the CCD for position confirmation + product CCD for position confirmation + pretear tape attach pressing + feeding manipulator to absorb and transfer to the downstream equipment belt feeding line.
1. Do not stop the machine to replace the easy tear paste, to ensure that the grain moving rate;
2.CCD positioning is easy to tear the tape, ensuring the precision of attachment;
3. Touch screen +PLC control, stable and reliable;
4. 200 sets of product formula can be stored.
