8-22 inch semi-automatic film attaching machine
The main function of manual screen attachment machine is to automatically attach the film to the substrate. The film is separated from its protective film manually, and the substrate is placed on the vacuum platform and sent to the mounting station. The film mounting is completed automatically, with safe and reliable operation and simple operation. It is mainly used for the mounting of 8 ~ 22 inch film.
(1) Manually place the glass on the glass workbench and press the LCD vacuum button
(2) Manually place the film on the cage platform,
(3) Press the vacuum button
(4) Tear off the release film manually
(5) Press the start button with both hands or step on the foot switch
(6) Turn the base plate platform 180 degrees
(7) The mounting cot rises and the polarizer is attached
(8) The placement cot drops, the vacuum of the film and polarizer platform is cancelled, and the glass platform is turned over 180 degrees
(9) Manually remove the pasted product
(10) Repeat (1) action
