4-10.1'' Assembly Laminating Machine
MFQ-M10SS-A is a device for processing the later process of the LCM backlight assembly. The main processes are as follows: 1. Affix anti-static tape between the FPC and the backplate; 2. After folding the FPC automatically, laminate the FPC to the backplate with high-temperature tape; 3. After the front and back scanning of the panel, laminate a new label code automatically; 4. Tear off the film on the panel automatically. The device is stable and reliable in operation and easy to maintain.
High production and reliability can be achieved.
(1) The incoming belt line uses three-stage transmission that can achieves centerline positioning of products entering the device, leaving enough space to process the protective frame sealing process. Optical fiber positioning is used;
(2) Products are automatically jacked up at the incoming and discharge belt lines respectively and flipped by 180 degrees for product turnover.
(3) The fixture uses the vacuum adsorption fixing method of the suction disk that will not cause damage to products.
(4) The taping adsorption heads are driven by X, Y, Z servo modules respectively so that the tape or label code can be laminated to any position of the product.
(5) The automatic FPC folding structure has a compression buffer structure to avoid damage to electrical components on the FPC.
(6) Tape is used for 45-degree oblique film tearing along with a rubber roller and a CCD camera is used to take photos for positioning to ensure film tearing stability.
(7) Product sensing optical fiber is available at each station of the discharge belt line to prevent product pileup and ensure equipment stability.
(8) Touch screen operation.
(9) There is an ion wind bar at the film tearing point to remove static electricity.
(10) All parts can be separately operated in manual mode to facilitate an adjustment to the machine.
(11) Vacuum air pressure detection alarm.
(12) Audible and visual alarm function.
(13) Alarm records are saved for query at any time.
(14) A maximum of 100 groups of recipes can be saved.
