​ With the upgrading of manufacturing industry 4.0, the production management requirements of factories become higher and higher; the operating status, product model, production efficiency and yield of equipment as well as the source traceability of the production process of every product become more and more important.

Every product is identified in the production process so that it can be identified via an identified QR code in the subsequent processing for traceability.

Automatic online bar code scanning and labeling/ink-jet printing/laser marking equipment emerges at the right moment. There are three methods to identify a QR code. A label is printed by a printer and laminated to the surface of a polarizer; ink is jet printed to the surface of a polarizer via an ink-jet printing machine; contents are printed on a label by laser and the label is laminated to the surface of the polarizer. Among the three methods, the jet printing method is relatively stable and reliable. We can achieve the objective of stable production and low costs by looking for relatively stable and reliable inks that meet the customer's technological requirements.
