Currently, polarizer film tearing of small and medium-sized polarizer laminating machines mostly uses tape film tearing in the industry, thus increasing production costs and affecting the production efficiency due to long replacement time of old tape with new tape.

       Our company uses a new type of rubber roller plus film tearing with a small amount of ring tape (reusable), thus minimizing film tearing tape and other consumables, saving production costs and improving the production efficiency due to quick replacement (within 8s per piece).According to the degree of difficulty of separation of different polarizing release films, many different film tearing operations can be selected and the film tearing method is flexible and reliable.
